Re:ZERO -Starting Life in Another World- Season 3 Anime Unveils New Key Visual

 The much-anticipated sequel begins airing this October

Ahead of a 90-minute premiere in Japanese theaters on August 30 and subsequent broadcast this October, the official website and accounts for the Re:ZERO -Starting Life in Another World- anime today unveiled a brand-new key visual for Season 3.

The visual's tagline reads, "Face the worst calamities, over and over."

Based on the light novels by Tappei Nagatsuki, the first two seasons of Re:ZERO -Starting Life in Another World- were directed by Masaharu Watanabe at studio White Fox and starred Yusuke Kobayashi (Senku in Dr. STONE) as Subaru. Masahiro Shinohara directs the upcoming third season.

Natsuki Subaru, an ordinary high school student, is on his way home from the convenience store when he finds himself transported to another world.
